Barbara believes that therapeutic massage has the ability to relax, rehabilitate, and retrain your body and mind. She works with each client to design an individualized treatment plan that will bring balance back to the body and provide long-lasting effects. Barbara incorporates a range of techniques in her work that include: Circulatory, Deep Tissue Massage, Cranial Sacral, Neuromuscular, Myofascial Release, and Acupressure. Barbara has over 500 hours of training from study at Mecca School of Massage (Indianapolis), Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (Chicago) and Baan Hom Samunphrai (Chiang Mai, Thailand). Barbara believes that our lives have become way too hectic and loves providing clients with the chance to rebalance their day with massage, aromatherapy, and a cup of herbal tea.
One of our most popular therapists, Gina has practiced massage therapy for over 20 years and has over 1,000 hours of training in therapeutic techniques. Gina’s work is based on Structural Integration and employs Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Muscle Energy Techniques in her practice. Gina also completed 500 hours of yoga teacher training and incorporates Yogic Alignment and Breath Work in massage to facilitate deep healing. In addition to being a practicing massage therapist, Gina is a talented jazz singer in Indianapolis and holds a degree in digital photography. She is the proud mama of a cat named Sydney and enjoys taking long walks with her sweet dog, Adele.
