Are you a massage therapist looking for a beautiful space to share your love of massage therapy? We are a 4 room spa located in Broad Ripple Village that prides itself on a peaceful and laid back atmosphere. Our clients appreciate our personalized approach to their wellness needs and little touches like complimentary tea, aromatherapy, and high quality products and linens. 

For our massage therapists we provide the same attention including: generous time to reset between massages, flexible scheduling and cool about taking time off, a dedicated therapist lounge, and generous  starting compensation. We truly care about our massage therapists health and wellbeing and strive to create a workplace and schedule to support that.  We are currently seeking massage therapists for day, evening and weekend shifts. Massage Therapists who love therapeutic techniques like deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and myofascial release will establish a solid clientele. Monday: 3:00 - 9:00 PM

Tuesday: 9:30 AM - 9:00 PM

Wednesday: 9:30 AM 9:00 PM

Thursday: 9:30 AM - 9:00 PM

Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Sunday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM 

Scheduling: 

Our massage therapists select a set schedule that usually includes a mix of weekday, evening and weekend shifts. Weekends and evenings are popular booking times. We don't require our massage therapists to work every weekend though. Usually our massage therapists will work alternating weekends or alternating Saturdays/Sundays. We require our therapist to have at least 2 consecutive days off a week and encourage 3 days off to rest. We set a maximum of 4 massages per shift.

Starting Compensation: 

Our Massage Therapists are independent contractors and only required to be on-site for scheduled clients.

60 Minute Massage - $40.25 + all tips received

70 Minute Massage - $48.60 + all tips received

90 Minute Massage - $51.30 + all tips received

120 Minute Massage - $62.00 + all tips received

Client "No Show" Compensation - $25.00 (Our current "no show" fee is $25)
